Yes you can. By creating your Guarnic account, you can manage all the clients that you need.Each client is independent from the others. You only need to select which one you want to work with, so that the respective information is displayed.  You can select the client in the menu bar on the top right corner. For instance, you can chose to manage the client named “Test”:  

Note: Before you have made any changes, always make sure that you have selected the correct client.
