To setup automatic emails sending when creating an event based on a status:
- Go to Events> Manage automatic emails
- Select the Status tab.
- Select a previously created event status in list.
- Start typing the name of a profile associated with your account, and click on it when it appears in the list. A green box will appear indicating that the profile has been selected. Note: You can select multiple profiles.
- Click on Save
- Below “Sending Event E-Mails by Status” all saved settings appear.
