From the Guarnic Guard App, your security personnel will be able to generate any type of event as soon as they have occurred.

1. Go to the application menu, chose the New  Event option, enter the event description, a system category (one will be created by default) and the event status, which will have two options by default: Open and Closed.
2. Once you have created an event, it will be automatically sent out to the monitoring center and will remain registered, so you will be able to change its status or review it at any given moment.

Note: You can only create new categories from the monitoring centre. (For more information on categories, you can review Managing Categories and for statuses, go to Managing Event Statuses).
